Ed Laurie's third album Cathedral started with just that: the word 'cathedral'. A nice word, according to the British singer. A word that evokes visions of the squares in front of cathedrals, 'where people congregate and life seems good'. With the album title in the back of his head, Laurie went to the Italian town of Bolzano to record. "Maybe the word unconsciously helped me to bring things together."
