It is exactly two years until the 2014 FIFA World Cup kicks off in Brazil.
The government has an ambitious plan for 12 host cities across the country. But preparations, from building stadiums to expanding airports, have been slow.
Five per cent of the projects have been finished, 41 per cent have not yet been started, and 75 per cent of the stadiums [8 of 12] are not even half way complete.
But then some in Brazil feel that while the pace of construction has been slow, things will work out in the end
