This is another band of which extremely little is known. It seems to have been a territory band that played in the Detroit area. Anyhow, this record (a rather rare Gennett Electrobeam), is great. Besides leader Dollohan, personnel included: Jim Brewster and Virgil Fisher, alto saxophone; Doug Larmor, piano; Mac McLean, banjo and guitar; Ralph Quatermas, drums; Gerald Recklin and Allen Dunn, tenor saxophone; Bob Sawyer, Teninty Boliver and Don Preston, trumpet, as well as Gordon Woods, tuba.
