Ron had some problems during a meeting and ran into some trouble with his iPad. Unfortunately he didn't have our Consumer Priority Service extended warranty before he had the accident, but lucky for him, we also do out of warranty repairs. We were able to bring his iPad back to its original condition and send Ron on his way.
