While interacting with the media in Uttarakhand the Congress leader added “I have now assigned with the works of NSUI and Youth Congress. I am trying to bring in positive changes in these outfits. I do not care what happens in elections but I want to help these outfits to become more efficient outfits to attract youth into politics”.
