Four members of a major Mexican drugs cartel have been arrested in central Madrid according to the Spanish interior ministry.

The four include the cousin of Mexico's most wanted man, the head of the Sinaloa Cartel Joaquin 'Shorty' Guzman.

All of them are wanted in the United States, suspected of drug trafficking and money laundering.
