Police officials and locals were seen rescuing trapped passengers and recovering bodies from the debris of the bus that skidded into the gorge at Chamba in Himachal Pradesh on Saturday, killing at least 41 people.

The bus was carrying locals, school children and workers from nearby villages who were heading to their homes in Chamba.
