The US Air Force has revealed that it has mishandled physical remains of some US service members at the Dover Air Force base.

An 18-month investigation has concluded that there were serious allegations of improper handling, processing and transport of human remains of deceased personnel and military dependents.

Three high ranking officers have been disciplined but not sacked ...even though the report has recommended that they be dismissed.
