There has been a worldwide condemnation of a failed rocket launch by North Korea.
 
Pyongyang had said it was carrying a weather satellite into space. Hoever, South Korea says it was a failed missile test.
 
South Korea also warns that the failure could lead to further provocative acts from Pyongyang.
