Southern Californian authorities are evacuating more than a thousand visitors to the Angeles National Forest due to a massive forest fire.

Around 300 firefighters are battling the flames that have spread over 3,000 acres.

The fire broke out on Sunday during the national Labor Day holiday weekend.

Officials are currently investigating the fire's cause.
