Hospitals in the Syrian province of Aleppo are struggling to cope with the number of civilian casualties, as battle rages between regime forces and rebels.

Many children are among those injured and critically wounded in the northern province. Al Jazeera's Andrew Simmons reports from Atarib in Aleppo.
