In South Africa, the last batch of miners charged with the deaths of their own colleagues at the Marikana platinum mine have now been released. Shooting broke out at a platinum mine in Marikana during a demonstration by striking miners in August. Police opened fire and killed 34 miners and a public outcry ensued after 270 miners were charged with their deaths. Al Jazeera's Mike Hanna reports from Johannesburg.
