Former Corporate affairs minister PC Gupta speaks to TIMES NOW over coal block allocations to his son Gaurav Gupta's company. PC Gupta says coal block was allocated to him when he was not a minister. He further said that coal block allocation was rejected in 2005 when he was a minister and that he has produced all relevant documents to the CBI and the IMG.
