The European Union has restricted sales of drugs used in the U.S. to execute convicts. Over 40 inmates have been killed by lethal injection in America this year alone, and supporters of the move to disrupt supplies hope it will cut that number. But as RT's Ivor Bennet explains, restrictions could actually make the situation worse.
