It's a diplomatic tangle that the Government could well do without. The Madhya Pradesh government's invitation to the Sri Lankan President has left another state Tamil Nadu fuming. Tamil leaders across party lines have vehemently opposed Rajapaksa' visit openly declaring he is not welcome in India.
