"Pharmacy 7" is set in a future filled with just about every bad thing that could happen to a future... War has reduced many places to burning heaps of rubble which, in turn, create lethal smoke clouds that infect the population. All but the E.R.s of large hospitals have closed as random gangs roam the streets and prescription drugs are almost impossible to come by -- even if one is lucky enough to be seen by a doctor.
