There are several units for sale and a few that are waiting for rental quota restrictions to ease at Westwater Views. Owner Tony G's locker was opened by thieves. Tony lost an expensive bike at the West water View's parking garage three months ago. He mentions security at his previous residence and how the chronic problems there ended, with the use of high tech security. This condominium complex is near Steveston Village in Richmond BC Canada. Bike thefts are chronic at this unit, but most crimes have not been reported or publicized. Real estate (realtors) selling homes here and in the area probably don't want you to hear about crime in the "peaceful fishing village" of Steveston. Scooters and even an entire car has been stolen from this garage.
