Pakistan's government is criticising one of it is ministers for offering a reward for the death of the maker of an anti-islam film. Railways Minister, Ghulam Ahmed Bilour said he would pay the 100,000 dollars out of his own pocket. Bilour also invited the Taliban and al-Qaeda to take him up on his offer. The video, produced in the US has sparked massive protests across the muslim world. Al Jazeera's Kamal Hyder reports live from Islamabad.
