Bonnie says that she called the City of Richmond (BC) bylaws officer because the cameras are a breach of a city bylaw. However, as you'll see in another video clip, by officers state that there is no municipal bylaws on video camers whatsoever. After the cameras were taken down on Bonnie's insistence, there were 3 incidents of concern in Westwater Views.
