Victor in Georgian poll calls on president to step down

Bidzina Ivanishvili, leader of the opposition in the Republic of Georgia, has called on the current president to step down after his party lost Sunday's parliamentary elections. Mikhail Saakashvili, the current president, has conceded defeat, but the winning Georgian Dream movement is waiting for his recognition before it can proceed to form a new government. Al Jazeera's Robin Forestier-Walker reports from Tblisi.
