The U.S. has extradited Panama's former dictator, Manuel Noriega, to France where he faces money laundering charges. He's already spent two decades behind bars in Miami for drug trafficking. French authorities claim The 76-year-old Noriega laundered around 3 million dollars in drug money by purchasing luxury apartments in Paris. He faces up to 10 years in French prison if convicted.
