Cement is being poured into BP's oil well in the Gulf of Mexico, bringing it one step closer to being sealed. BP expects the well to be completely fixed by the end of the day. The oil leak has been plugged since a temporary cap was placed on the well in mid-July. The explosion at the Deepwater Horizon rig in April killed 11 workers, leading to the worst offshore oil spill in U.S. history.
