Massive crowds and pumping Supertubos barrels were the story on the opening day of competition at the Rip Curl Pro Portugal. Gabriel Medina, CJ Hobgood and Michel Bourez all scored perfect-10 barrels on the day. Meanwhile, all four ASP world title contenders are into Round 3.
