Security issues have dominated a meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation in Kyrgyzstan's capital Bishkek. The heads of the member states - Russia, China, and four Central Asian countries - have discussed joint anti-terrorism measures and efforts to bring stability to neighbouring Afghanistan.
