There are now 400 thousand registered refugees who have escaped Syria to live in neighbouring countries. But we hear very little of the plight of those who aren't able to run away from the fighting. Andrew Simmons travelled to the Myasar district of Aleppo to spend a day with a family living in squalor and desperation.
