The man nicknamed the "Merchant of Death" in the West, will have to wait at least another eight months to find out his fate. A U.S. judge has ruled that Russian businessman Viktor Bout will stand trial in a New York federal court, in September. He's facing charges of conspiring to kill Americans and supplying weapons to terrorists.
