People in Kinshasha want to know why the government and the UN seem incapable of stopping M23 rebels from capturing more towns in the east of DR Congo. Some have accused the UN of failing to protect civilians from rebel attacks, as well as attacks by government soldiers. Al Jazeera's Haru Mutasa reports from Kinshasha.
