A fire has destroyed a workshop for mentally and physically disabled people in Germany. Fourteen people were killed and several more were injured. Firefighters managed to pull some from the flames and are trying to piece together what caused the tragedy. It happened in Titisee Neustadt in the Black Forest region of southern Germany.
