Cell phones have a great impact to the people.

Used for convenience, communication and safety reasons, the cell phone has become the most sought-after gadget of all time.

On the other hand, some thinks that the cell phone is a big distraction, especially to the drivers. It is believed that most of the road accidents happening these days are caused by mobile phones. For this reason, the cell phone is considered to be a nuisance by some. Hence, the US government has implemented a law that prohibits the use of mobile phones when driving.

Despite the good and bad popularity of this tool, cellular country still thinks that cell phones should not be banned when driving.
