First Irish right-to-die-case is heard in court

A terminally ill woman has taken Ireland's first right-to-die case to the country's High Court. Fifty-eight-year-old Marie Fleming who is suffering from Multiple Sclerosis says she wants her partner to be able help her die with dignity without facing prosecution. Assisted suicide is ilegal in overwhelmingly Roman Catholic Ireland.
