As a boy, Tim-Kevin Ravnjak did what most kids do: he played soccer, before he tried other sports. When Tim-Kevin turned six years old his parents bought him a snowboard - and there was no stopping the young Slovenian. In 2006, he signed with Burton Snowboards and Tim-Kevin´s first victory in an international snowboard event came soon after when he won the Burton Amateur Tour event in Klagenfurt in February 2006.
One year later, and Ravnajak was part of the Burton Small's Team. Ravnjak achieved a few of his best career results during the winter season 2010, when he won the Protest World Rookie Finals in the slopestyle competition and took two second places at the Burton European Open in Laax.
In 2011 TK won the junior slopestyle and the third place at junior half pipe contest at the Burton European open and he became vice-champion at the Junior World Championships in slopestyle. He proved again that he is one of the most outstanding rising stars of international snowboarding.
