Shining in the Darkness review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Shining in the Darkness for the SEGA Genesis developed by Camelot Software Planning and Climax Entertainment and published by SEGA. Shining in the Darkness was SEGA's exclusive role-playing game title and the precursor to Shining Force and Shining Force II. Although Shining in the Darkness was very different than its successors, it was still well-received as a fantastic computer-style dungeon crawler for consoles.
