Drummond's men are ready to turn Burn-'Em-Up Barnes over to the police for the murder of a rival driver, but first they must take possession of the film footage that identifies the REAL murderer. To get it, they will have to catch the ever-agile Bobbie Riley, who is continuously on the run. If Bobbie slows down for even one moment, Drummond will get the film and Burn-'Em-Up will get hanged!
