In a debate moderated by TIMES NOW's Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami, panelists -- Suhel Seth, Managing Partner Counselage; Dr. Pulapre Balakrishnan, Economist; Abhay Aima, Market Analyst; Dr. Bejon Misra, Consumer Expert; Prasenjit Bose, Economist and Prakash Javdekar, MP Rajya Sabha & Natl Spokesperson BJP -- discuss whether middle class be made to pay in a pre election year.
