The ULFA General Secretary Anup Chetia will not be extradited under the treaty signed on Monday (January 28), Bangladesh's Home Minister Mohiuddin Khan Alamgir has said. Bangladesh says that Chetia has sought political asylum, which does not fall under the extradition treaty signed with India.
