Seoul's third and final attempt to launch a Naro space rocket comes a month after Pyongyang successfully launched a rocket. Previous attempts in 2009 and 2010 failed to launch. Last minute technical problems forced two recent efforts in October and November to be aborted. Al Jazeera's Harry Fawcett reports from Seoul.
