IPL team and inaugural champions Rajasthan Royals are in the headlines once again for all the wrong reasons. This time the Royals are being slapped with Rs 100 crore fine by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) under the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA). Meanwhile, Bollywood actor and co-owner of the franchise, Shilpa Shetty, has decided to challenge the penalty. But the real question arises whether the Royals have Rs. 100 crore to pay or they will become another Deccan Chargers who sold their team.
