The Hurriyat in a statement has blamed the media for 'exaggerating the Kashmir all-girls rock band issue. The statement also added that it was only 'few youth on social media had expressed their view point about rock band and it does not in any way mean that there exists a sort of threat to any one's life. The statement further says that if somebody has put its idea about the decency and politeness it cannot be termed as a prohibition or restriction over freedom of expression.
