For seven years, the Rajasthan Police remained clueless on the whereabouts of convicted VVIP rapist Bitti Mohanty; but Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot still managed to defend the inaction. Even as TIMES NOW's tireless investigation led to the recapture of Bitti Mohanty two days ago, the Rajasthan Police are yet to even arrive in Kannur.
