The noose is tightening around Bitti Mohanty- the man who fooled the police of two states and eluded the law for seven long years. The Kerala police has now formed 21-member special squads and have already fanned out to Bitti's native town in Odisha, as well as Puttaparthi and Jaipur in a bid to decode Bitti's elaborate web of lies. A 4-member team of the Rajasthan police will also reach Kerala by today (March 11) evening with a production warrant seeking Bitti's custody. Meanwhile, the Kannur SP has said that the investigation will be centered to prove charges against Bitti.
