Icy roads and pavements are still causing havoc in the French capital after severe late-winter snowstorms battered northwestern Europe. At Paris' Charles de Gaulle airport, flights have resumed, despite further bouts of winter weather which left up to 18 cm of snow on the runways. Duration: 00:50
