Alec Baldwin is being considered as a replacement for Carson Daly's late night show.
There may be another well known face popping up on the late night tv screen.
Authorities at NBC are reportedly considering Alec Baldwin to take over Carson Daly’s show which airs right after Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. According to the New York Times, the half hour show will allow Baldwin to still pursue acting and he would be able to shoot several segments per day.
Baldwin does have late night TV experience, as he’s served as the host of Saturday Night Live 16 times.
Recently, Jimmy Fallon was announced as Jay Leno's replacement. Leno's contract for the "Tonight Show" is slated to end in 2014.
That means NBC will have to find someone to replace Fallon on the late show and rumor has it, the person on the top of their list is Howard Stern.
While he spent years as a controversial radio personality, Stern broke into the television world in the early 90s with his own show.
Do you think Alec Baldwin and Howard Stern will make good hosts for late night shows?
