Grace Community Church in Maryville, Tn hosts an "Underground Church" event once a year. This is a game that is played with the youth that have to pick up clues from their contact at various location in town in order to find the final secret destination of the Underground Church. Along the way the secret Service is on the prowl to catch the youth before they can reach their destination. At the final destination the teens are taught about the importance of the Word of God and the dangers Christians all over the world face daily just for believing and trusting in Christ.
In no way do we take light in or make fun of actual Underground Churches. We pray for those that risk their lives just to meet and share in the word.
