Stuck between the gang “The Guardians of Light” and the private police force “A.C.E or Armed Combat Enforcement” are Tony, a private police officer living in the desperate West End; his brother Alex whose college friends live in the desperate West End as well; and Katherine, the daughter of one of the wealthy owners of the private police force, living in the richer East End.”
