The Technical Resource Facility (TRF) provides technical assistance to the health sector in Pakistan with a focus on maternal, newborn and child health (MNCH). The technical assistance supports health policy and strategy, service delivery and strengthening health systems including financial management, procurement, monitoring and evaluation, and human resources.
