Professional football sports coach Richard Mallett was born in Derby, England in 1983. Mallett started his career in sports coaching with a degree in Sports Science, before continuing his studies and specialising in football coaching. Mallett holds an FA Level 4 (UEFA A) in Coaching Football, which is the highest qualification available from the Football Association. <br /><br />Mallett’s love of sport, wellness, nutrition and health goes beyond his professional life, as he is a keen triathlete, competing in competitions such as Ironman triathlons. Strength training, trail running and mountain biking all form a part of Mallett’s active lifestyle, as does trekking. Mallett has combined his love of trekking with his aspiration to travel the world; he has travelled to Japan, Nepal, Tanzania and South America for trekking holidays. <br /><br />Nutrition is another important aspect of Richard Mallett’s life. As a vegetarian, he has a keen interest in exploring new and interesting ingredients and recipes. <br />
