A graduate of Towson University in Maryland, Glickstein holds a BSc degree in Business Administration and Marketing, which is how he developed his ability to successfully launch and scale a marketing company. <br /><br />Glickstein honed his commercial and process management skills in the title industry, originating and managing accounts that generated over 1,000 units per month and created $20MM in annual revenue. <br /><br />Having launched his company in the marketing sector, Glickstein has used his expertise and specialist knowledge to integrate various business functions into a united and streamlined vision. <br /><br />As the Co-Founder & Integrator of Monster Lead Group, Glickstein has been at the helm of the business since it was established in 2013. Monster Lead Group focuses on lead generation within the mortgage vertical, using its specialized service to create direct mail marketing campaigns. Under Glickstein’s management, Monster Lead Group has successfully operated from its headquarters in Baltimore, MD. since 2013. <br /><br />In addition to his role as Co-Founder & Integrator of Monster Lead Group, Glickstein is passionate about travelling the world, which he has continued to do even with young children.
