Hello<br /><br />Pharma Sales & Human Resources are fascinating to me. Let me introduce myself, my name is Amit Bhatia & I am working as HR Professional into Pharma Sales. My previous employments were with US MNCs Pharma Companies. A major portion of my job includes Recruiting Medical Reps, First Line & Second Line Managers. I also induct, train & assess these professionals for their future growth & career movement.<br /><br />I have been working & dealing with People & Professionals for last more than 20 years. Right from the beginning of my career, I am associated with the Life Sciences/Pharma Industry. I started my career in the year 1999. Initially, I started sharpening my skills by starting my career in Pharma Sales as a Medical Representative & after 3+ years got promoted as People Manager<br /><br />Later, I changed to Human Resources domain. The objective was to turn my leanings of People Management of the field into the structured one & pass on the benefit to larger audiences while continuing with my learning. <br /><br />It has been around 14 years; I am working into Human Resources and enriching my experience of dealing with people & professionals. In Human Resources I worked in different roles like Corporate HR, Business HR, Talent Acquisition and Sales HR. With proud, I say that I have interviewed 5000+ candidates in my career so far. <br /><br />As an Interviewer, I observed many attributes in candidates which help them in their Selection or result in Rejection during their interview.
