Guess what I took the next big turn in the year 2008 after my retirement age, to open my new estate agency firm-Elvincom Realtor in Malaysia. I am now the registered Estate Agent licensed with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents under the purview of the Ministry Of Finance, Malaysia. To become such a professional in Malaysia, I have to sit for a two-part real estate examinations, serve a two-year apprenticeship and pass the Test of Professional Competence(TPC) including an Oral Examination before I can be designated as an Estate Agent in Malaysia.
