Sat Yoga is an ancient spiritual teaching—a direct 'pathless path' to the supreme realization, as well as an approach to meditation and transformation of the ego. <br /><br />Sat Yoga is congruent with Advaita, Zen, dzog chen, and other traditions of nonduality. But in addition, Sat Yoga offers an operational understanding of the structure and dynamic functioning of the ego, including its unconscious levels, that is congruent with the contemporary insights of psychoanalysis, deriving from the ancient esoteric field of Kundalini and swapna (dream) yoga.
